Learn original choreography from the Hands Down Tap Project company repertoire. Get a behind the scenes look at what it’s like to rehearse and train with Nick & the company dancers in an exclusive small group setting as they create their newest show to premier in Summer 2021. Nick and HDTP will show you the best practices for rehearsing online and from video so you can show up prepared and ready to give your best performance when the time comes!

Nick DiNicolangelo

Artistic Director, Hands Down Tap Project

Beginning his teaching career at the age of 15,  Nick DiNicolangelo has become one of the most in-demand tap choreographers in the country. His efforts to incorporate aspects of other forms of dance while remaining true to classic rhythm and style has set his work apart from the rest. With his unique and energetic approach to teaching, Nick hopes to inspire students across the country to embrace tap dancing and explore its rich history and culture. Nick was a charter member and captain of the New Jersey Tap Ensemble, an original member of Mike Minery’s Tapaholics, and has been on the Adrenaline Dance national tour faculty. Nick feels blessed to be able to travel, teach, and choreograph for studios across the country. Syn.co.pate, Nick’s own summer tap intensive, brings together many of the most talented tap dancers in the nation and features performances from his own Tap Company “Hands Down Tap Project”.
