IMPORTANT SHOW WEEKEND INFO

Check out the following for everything you need to know for a great show weekend!

***ALL dancers will need to check-in & check out each day

**Due to theatre safety protocol parents are not allowed backstage or to dressing rooms, make sure your dancer has everything they need.

Check-In/Check out will be held every day at the Entrance of the Studio or South Backstage Door at the following CST times:

8:30am ALL Dancers || Check In

12pm ALL Dancers || Check Out

12-1pm Lunch Break

Sunday, March 7th |
Eisemann South Backstage Door

8:30am- ALL Dancers || Check In

1pm Lunch Break or Leaving || Check Out

2:15pm -2:30 ALL Dancers || Check In

***For ALL pick-up/drop off, come around to the South Backstage door and line up socially distanced

Check-In Procedures:

ALL Dancers must fill out the following waiver ONE TIME before allowed to enter into the venue:

ALL Audience Members must fill out the following waiver before allowed to enter into the venue:

Doors will open 45 minutes before each show.

  • Please print out your tickets, or be able to show them digitally on your phone to our ushers.

  • We ask that you stay distanced outside if a line forms to enter the theater.

  • After checking in with ushers, please go directly to your seats.

  • If you need to use the restroom, please do so before the show if possible.

  • Tickets will be available for purchase (online only) up until showtime.

  • Masks must be worn at all times.

  • Please make sure to check your temperature before coming to the show.

  • Videos will be for sale via your QR Code on our Website

  • Food & Drinks are not allowed in the theater.

  • When the show finishes, the ushers will dismiss you to the lobby by section to go pick up your dancers at the backstage doors.

  • Please stay distanced in the lobby from other family groups.

  • Please CHEER tons & pretend we were able to have adult beverages for sale before the show. :)

Parents won't be allowed into rehearsals or backstage for dancer’s safety, and are encouraged to be surprised by the final show!

  • Dancers' items need to stay distanced from others when they set them down.

  • Dancers— Make sure to clean up after yourself in the dressing rooms and keep your items organized so you take everything home with you.

  • Dancers---Have a pen & paper with you at all times.

  • Bring snacks & water! No sharing of food/drinks with friends.

  • Parents are welcome to bring lunch/dinner to the backstage door labeled with their dancer’s name for their dancer on a break, or for when they have down time.

  • When dancers are in dressing/holding rooms, please stay there unless you are called to stage or are getting food from the backstage door. In that case, let another dancer or staff member know, so we know where you are at all times.
